Over a year ago we lived in Northern Utah with an acre some chickens and a rabbit and our dog Oakley and 4 cats. My husband got a job that moved us closer to family. We left our chickens and three of our cats and headed south. We moved into the city we grew up in and bought a fun property with 1.75 acres right next to a mountain. We thought life is great and we could walk to both parents houses. After a month the honeymoon period with the house was over. We just had our sixth child and the kids loved just staying indoors. The fighting began and the lack of playing outdoors was fully realized. What did we get into? We also quickly found that a trail in our backyard was used by all the neighbors. That wasn't a huge problem, but them telling our kids to get lost was. We fixed the house up and sold it. We were so excited to make money off of it. After 2 months on the market,we sold it for less than we were hoping. And we were moving into my parent'sts house.
